Experience brought home

Azalea Properties, a partnership of developer Robert H. Bolton and builder Donald D. Dalton, proudly introduces SugarTree Garden Homes.

SugarTree at the ArborsThe collaboration began in 1999, bringing Garden Home living to Lexington. Their previous two developments Heritage Place and Prestwick, garnered numerous housing and marketing awards, including the Lexington Homebuilders Association 2002 Attached House Project of the Year and the Grand Tour of Homes  runaway award winner in its price category.

In addition to Heritage Place and Prestwick, Azalea Properties is deep with experience. Bolton's hands-on experience developing residential real estate began in 1983 and includes Hartland and the Gardens of Hartland. With a career beginning in 1974, Dalton, owner of Dalton Built Homes, has built some of Lexington's finest custom and award-winning homes. Both men are past presidents of Lexington's Home Builders Association.
